The 39th Radovljica Festival 2021 will take place between 6 and 22 August. It comprises 10 concerts with repertoire ranging from the 9th to the 19th century, including programmes dedicated to Bach, Buxtehude, Dowland, Dufay, Telemann, Salomone Rossi, and modern premieres of songs and piano music by Eduard de Lannoy (1787–1853), the owner of Viltuš Manor near Maribor. The ongoing series dedicated to music for the Bishop of Ljubljana is continued by a programme of 17th-century instrumental music from the archive of Ljubljana Cathedral. The performers feature well-known ensembles such as Sequentia, Profeti della Quinta, Sonatori de la Gioiosa Marca and Les Muffatti.
Free festival bus from Ljubljana and Kranj is available to all concerts.
